Highly recommend working with Jeff Silverman! He’s been in the business for years and knows what he is doing. We contacted Jeff about doing a Hide-a-Hose central vacuum install in our house, and he patiently explained why that might not be a great idea. We ended up buying parts for a regular central vac install from him and doing the installation ourselves. Jeff very generously provided his time, materials, and tools to guide us through the process. We’re glad that Jeff convinced us to do it ourselves; not because we saved some money on labor, but because of the pride we feel having successfully accomplished it with our own hands.
