After speaking with Jeff at Alarming Security, I want to share the amazing customer service his establishment provided. I was looking for replacement parts for my NuTone bathroom fan, Jeff’s business was recommended to me by Customer Service at NuTone. After explaining my needs to Jeff he recommended that I go directly to the NuTone website to place my order because he did not stock the parts. He went on to explain that NuTone’s pricing and delivery costs would be less than he would charge me. And here’s the amazing part, he directed me to NuTone’s web site and walked me through placing the order! Even though he did not make any money on the order. I can assure you, in the future should my in-house vacuum cleaner need servicing he is my guy!!!!
